Kerry Biondo spent many years in the corporate world as a workaholic before realizing her desire for a creative outlet to balance her life. While living in Chicago, she had the good fortune of studying improv at Second City’s Player’s Workshop and went on to perform in many improv troupes in Chicago, Santa Fe and Sedona. Benefiting from
Kerry Biondo spent many years in the corporate world as a workaholic before realizing her desire for a creative outlet to balance her life. While living in Chicago, she had the good fortune of studying improv at Second City’s Player’s Workshop and went on to perform in many improv troupes in Chicago, Santa Fe and Sedona. Benefiting from the transformative effects this art form had on her, both personally and professionally, she created “playshops”, which naturally transfer the positive life skills acquired via improv theatre games into the game of life. For over 20 years she has been on the road training others how to “lighten up” with her business “The Portable Playground”.

The emphasis during our time together is to unwind the mind…. to rid the static (tame the monkeys!) and BE in the NOW… it's truly all we have. Together, in a supportive environment, we will stretch beyond our comfort zones, connecting with our innate creative genius. In this workshop, we practice the release of ego and fears-- in a humor-based, experiential way.
